Return policy

If something is not right with your order you can return it within 28 days of delivery.

Please print off and and fill out our returns form attached below then send the item(s) back to the address on the form, for a refund or exchange.

Please ensure...

You include the original order invoice/receipt of sale documentation in your return.

The item(s) are returned brand new complete, unworn and in the original packaging in the same resellable condition.

All original tags and labelling are still attached and have not been removed at any point.

When trying on clothing refrain from wearing aftershaves or deodorant this will reduce the chance of any scents or marks on the item.

Please also note we are not able to accept returns that contain animal hair, for reasons relating to hygiene and allergies (these products are not in a re-saleable condition)
All promotional offers, e.g. free gifts, must be returned in their entirety. Failure to comply may result in you being charged the full price for the items you keep.

Refunds will not be given while goods are in transit.

ITEMS PURCHASED IN THE PRIVATE SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Moclo reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in line this policy.

Returns will be processed as quickly as possible, however, please allow extra time during Black Friday & Christmas period

We will issue a refund once your return has been validated. Please allow up to 10 - 15 working days for refund to go back onto original card (depending on the bank).
